Υπογράφηκε σήμερα 19/2/24 η συμφωνία ανάληψης ,εκτέλεσης και συμπλήρωσης του έργου δημιουργία σημείου θεάς,λιθοστρωσης δρόμου,κατασκευής τοίχου στην άκρη του δρόμου και αποκατάστασης του Διπλογεφυρου στο Σαιττα -Μονιατη.

Συγχαρητήρια στην επιτυχών εταιρεία SKYPOINT PROPERTIES LTD Ευχαριστίες στον τέως υπουργό Μεταφορών επικοινωνιών και έργων κύριο Γιάννη Καρουσος ο οποίος μας είχε εξασφαλίσει την χορηγία για το πιο πάνω έργο .

Ευχαριστίες επίσης στην Αναπτυξιακη Εταιρεία Τροοδους η οποία ανάλαβε την εκπόνηση αρχιτεκτονικών σχεδίων ,επίβλεψη του έργου και την προκυρηξη διαγωνισμού προσφορών για την εκτέλεση .Το πιο πάνω έργο είναι αποτέλεσμα πολλών προσπαθειών του Κοινοτικού Συμβούλιου Μονιατη εδω και αρκετά χρόνια !!!!

Since then, Meletios Synnos has managed every part of the business. The rustic building, tucked away in the woodland, is the ideal location for lunch or dinner, as well as a cup of coffee away from the hustle and bustle of the city. When you visit us, you will have the chance to indulge in meals of the greatest quality and typical Greek Cypriot flavours that you will find difficult to leave behind. Zoodohou Pigi Church in Moniatis

The tiles covering the roof and cross vaults are flat and hooked, whereas those covering the quadrant are of the Byzantine variety. The bell tower is located north of the Temple. It is constructed of the same stone as the rest of the Temple, with a timber structure clad with flat and hooked tiles atop its highest point.
